This review is long overdue, but I wanted to just extend my gratitude to Olivia for the outstanding job she did. When I came into contact with Olivia, I was already in the process of buying a home with another broker. However, my experience with them was not good. Because this was the first time I had attempted to buy a home I have to admit I was a bit ignorant of the process, and because I worked 12-14 hours a day I had little time to communicate with the lrnder/agents in a timely manner. I had to hand off some of that responsibility to my spouse. The continued failures and ineptitude of the other agency I was working with waa frustrating and, in some cases, postponed the process, which sometimes led to additional fees. At one point, things began to crumble, and I became overwhelmed and was close to giving up and ending the whole thing. That's when my spouse sought Olivia's help. After receiving advice through Olivia, I recognized rightbaway that she was vastly more knowledgeable about the process than who I was originally working with. I immediately let them go and transferred everything to Olivia. From that point, everything went smooth, and a short time later and my family was moving into our first house.
